LINE COOK

This is a job for someone who wants to move fast, get better every week, and be part of a tight, hardworking kitchen team. We want cooks sho take pride in doing things well, staying sharp under pressure, and helping the whole line win service together.

If you like physical work, high standards, real teamwork, and the satisfaction of getting crushed on a busy night and coming out strong, you’ll probably like it here.

As a line cook at Pizzaiolo you’ll work the line during prep and service, help keep your station clean and dialed, and be expected to show consistency, urgency, and focus. This is not a stand around job. It’s for someone who likes being engaged, learning by doing, and becoming genuinely excellent at the craft.

What you’ll do

• Set up and break down your station with speed and attention to detail

• Prep ingredients cleanly, efficiently, and consistently

• Cook and plate food to the restaurant’s standards

• Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates during service

• Keep your station stocked, organized, and clean at all times

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Help with receiving orders, storage, cleaning, and general kitchen tasks as needed

• Shoe up ready to work, on time, every time

What we are looking for

• Kitchen experience is great, but attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter just as much

• Calm under pressure

• Fast, focused, and physically capable

• Takes pride in details and consistency

• Respects the team and contributes to a positive kitchen culture

• Open to feedback and interested in improving

• Able to stand for long periods, lift kitchen supplies, and handle a busy service
